The new Moto X again expands its availability in the U.S. today after making its debut on U.S. Cellular. Customers can pick up the black model with a plastic back for $99.99 on a two-year contract — the same price you’ll pay to get the device through other carriers.

It seems the rumored HTC One M8 Eye could be one of a number of devices in an all-new HTC Eye family. A leaked image has today given us our first glimpse at the new Desire Eye, a Desire 820 lookalike with a giant 13-megapixel selfie camera and front-facing dual LED flash.

Google has finally rolled out its latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat update, which sports build number “KTU84P” to the 2013 Nexus 7 LTE, almost four months after it was made available to the Wi-Fi only model. The release contains important security fixes, as well as a fix for the Android camera bug that was responsible for severe battery drain.

Samsung might be a company that likes to jump in early when it comes to attacking rival Apple, but it’s also more than happy to hang around to get the last laugh.

With the heat from Bendgate now dissipating, Samsung has released one more video trying to fan critics’ flames in the direction of Cupertino by showing just how strong the Galaxy Note 4 allegedly is.

Entitled “Galaxy Note 4 Endures the Gluteus Maximus,” the video demonstrates Samsung’s new flagship taking part in the kind of controlled bend tests seen in the recent Consumer Reports video — including taking the repeated weight of a 100kg person sitting on it several hundred times.
