Cheap Android tablets are stealing the iPad’s market share.

Even though Apple had a head start on tablets with the iPad, the number of Android tablets in use is expected to pass the iPad later this year.

According to a new report from IDC, the iPad’s marketshare will decrease in 2013 from 51%, down to 46%, while Android grows its marketshare to 49%.

Google-Now-Chrome

Google Now, Google’s intelligent assistant that’s been wowing Android users since its introducing with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, is coming to the company’s Chrome web browser on Windows and Chrome OS.

Its move to desktops has been the subject of rumors and speculation for a while, but until the feature recently appeared in a Chrome beta release, there’s been little evidence to back it up.

Samsung’s official Twitter account has tweeted a teaser image for the much-anticipated Galaxy S IV ahead of the handset’s grand unveiling on Thursday, March 14. The image doesn’t give much away, but it does provide us with some idea of what the device will look like. And to be honest, we’re not all that impressed.
