Motorola, or “Moto by Lenovo” as it should now be known, will put fingerprint scanners inside all of the flagship smartphones it releases this year.

Those devices will also be equipped with 5-inch displays or larger, with Moto’s smaller, more affordable offerings now integrated into Lenovo’s lineup.

An early benchmark test for the Galaxy S7 has appeared on AnTuTu ahead of the handset’s official unveiling, confirming a number of big internal upgrades, including Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, and a new 12-megapixel camera sensor.

Lenovo is killing the Motorola brand name almost a year after it purchased the company from Google in a deal worth $2.91 billion.

Premium smartphones will use the “Moto by Lenovo” name going forward, while budget devices will be integrated into Lenovo’s Vibe lineup.
