Google rolled out its third Android 6.0 Marshmallow preview for developers on Monday, shortly after erecting a new Marshallow statue outside its Mountain View HQ. The new build sports a colorful new boot animation and a bunch of snazzy new wallpapers, which can all be downloaded below.

The new animation, which can be seen below in the video from Droid Life, runs for just over 20 seconds and it seems much more lively than Lollipop’s, but it has the same Material Design feel.

Marshmallow Developer Preview 3 also brought nine new Android wallpapers, some of which are really very pretty. There are several designed to fit the Material Design guidelines, with colorful shapes and patterns, but my favorites are those featuring the pyramid and the Grand Canyon.

All nine wallpapers can be seen in the preview above, while each one can be downloaded in full size from this Imgur gallery.

Android 6.0 Marshmallow will make its public debut this fall alongside Google’s new Nexus devices from Huawei and LG.
