Verizon is currently pushing out a relatively minor over-the-air update to all its carrier-branded 4G LTE enabled Ellipsis tablets currently located in the United States. Sadly, this upgrade doesn’t bring any major software modifications, such as Android 4.4 KitKat, but it does include a multitude of bug fixes, stability improvements and speed optimizations.

LG unwrapped its first high-end Android-powered flagship tablet, the G Pad 8.3 in the United States back in October, 2013, however, the South Korean company has never mentioned that an LTE-enabled variant would also be touching down in the States, too. A recent FCC filing shows that the upcoming G Pad variant, model number VK810 will support Verizon’s LTE and HSPA data services, therefore, confirming 4G capabilities are on the way.

Samsung has confirmed that its new rose gold Galaxy Note 3, which was announced back in December, will be exclusive to Verizon when it goes on sale in the U.S. Aside from its new paint job, the device is identical to the original Galaxy Note 3.

The HP Chromebook 11 is now available with LTE connectivity for $379 — $100 more than the original Wi-Fi only model. The device, which is compatible with Verizon’s LTE network, is currently exclusive to the United States and available to purchase from Best Buy both in store and online.
