Black-HTC-One-BlinkFeed

HTC is in the process or pushing out the much-anticipated over-the-air (OTA) update to all Unlocked and Developer Edition One handsets located in the United States. This upgrade brings the latest build of Android 4.4 KitKat and Sense 5.5 to the device, together with a multitude of additional bug fixes and speed optimizations, as well as a comprehensive redesigned multitasking system.

LG G2 Snap

A number of Android smartphone makers — including HTC, Motorola, and even Sony — have all announced their Android 4.4 KitKat upgrade plans for their latest flagship devices, but we haven’t yet heard anything official from LG regarding the G2.

But according to one LG Canada representative, the handset will receive the latest version of Android in “late Q1” 2014.

Galaxy-Note-3-Gear

Yesterday, AT&T started rolling out its much-anticipated Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S4, and also announced in a press release that an additional update will also be being pushed out to all Galaxy Gear devices, transporting compatibility for the S4, as well as a couple of new features, together with a mass of bug fixes and stability improvements.

A couple of weeks ago, AT&T began pushing out an update (build number 1337UCUEMJ9) for Samsung’s former flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4. However, many users reported issues with their handsets once they’d installed to the new firmware which forced the operator to halt the rollout. But now it looks like the upgrade has resumed its rollout process.

Spotify-Connect

Spotify Connect, the new wireless streaming feature that lets you send Spotify music to supported speakers around your home, is now available on Android — almost three months after making its debut on iOS.
