Earlier today, Sony officially launched its first dual micro USB flash drive, which has been designed by and large for users with very low storage capacities on their Android-powered smartphones or tablets. This memory stick allows it users to directly transfer files from their phone-to-PC without having to remove the microSD card. The unit features a full USB 2.0 port and a microUSB connector, nicely packaged into a compact, elegant body.

Google — today — extended its Google Play edition program to Android tablets by unveiling the GPe variants of the Sony Xperia Z Ultra and the LG G Pad 8.3. Both the devices are already up for sale in the United States Play Store with shipping times of 1-2 days.

But that could be about to change, with The Wall Street Journal reporting that Spotify is planning a new ad-supported version of its music streaming service for mobile devices.
