Now that unlocking your phone is legal in the United States, carriers have no choice but to let you use your device with other service providers as soon as your contract is up. T-Mobile is preparing to make it super simple for you to do that by pre-installing an unlocking app on your device that will remove its shackles as soon as it is eligible.

It looks like Google is all set to bring multi-user support to Android handsets with the next public release of the OS — Android L.

The company did not announce this feature officially when it had formally announced the OS at Google I/O back in June.

LG’s G Vista is one of the most leaked smartphones ever to hit the market. We’ve already seen a full list of specifications, software screenshots, benchmark results, body shots and an estimated launch date — so it comes as no surprise that Verizon has today unwrapped the latest, affordable, super-sized handset to join its rapidly-growing lineup of LTE-enabled devices.

If recent leaks and rumors are anything to go by, it certainly looks like LG has joined forces with Verizon Wireless in order to develop and launch a brand new, affordable, super-sized smartphone — entitled the LG G Vista. The handset is expected to be announced tomorrow, July 31, and should retail for $499 off-contract, or $99 on any of Big Red’s 2-year tariffs.
