With so many wearables to choose from these days, how do you decide which one is right for you? Are you better off investing in a cross-platform device like the Pebble, or do you want the color display and other benefits that Android Wear brings?

The best way to decide is by trying these devices out before you buy them. Not for five minutes in a store, but for as long as you like as you go about your day. Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface for Android is universally mocked for being bloated and slow, but it would appear the South Korean company is finally set to do something about it. Sources say it won’t just be overhauling its hardware for the upcoming Galaxy S6, but also its software as well as it aims to deliver an experience as smooth as pure Android.

Samsung today added a new smartphone to its midrange Galaxy A series, and it’s by far the best one so far. It’s called the Galaxy A7, and it has a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with full 1o80p resolution, a 64-bit processor, and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera.

Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy S6 may be about a month away from its official unveiling, but the South Korean company is already showing it off at CES 2015 in Las Vegas, it has confirmed. Don’t expect to see any early glimpses of the handset, however, because only “select partners” get to look at it.
