The curved glass display on the Galaxy S6 edge may be considered somewhat gimmicky, but that hasn’t stopped it from being incredibly popular.

According to one report out of Samsung’s native South Korea, the S6 edge has sold just as many units as the regular Galaxy S6 since the devices made their debut on April 10.

Samsung has proven with the new Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge that it really can make a premium smartphone that looks and feels like it is worthy of a high price tag. The S6 Edge is so premium, in fact, that it costs more to make than the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Thanks to a pretty wretched blunder, LG inadvertently revealed its upcoming G4 smartphone on its website ahead of the handset’s April 28 unveiling.

The device looks a lot like last year’s G3 with a very attractive all-glass front and super slim bezels, but LG has added a stitched leather back that will almost certainly put some fans off.
