HTC M8

The HTC One M8 broke cover roughly a week ago in the U.S., UK and the company’s home region of Taiwan. While there are no sales figures available for its sales in the U.S. or the UK at the moment, retailers in Taiwan are claiming that the smartphone is moving along quite well.

Xiaomi Redmi Note

Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has reportedly sold over 100,000 units of its ultra-affordable Redmi Note handset within 34 minutes. While this is not a major feat in comparison to the first gen Redmi, which sold the same amount within four minutes, it’s still something noteworthy for the manufacturer, at least by international standards.

Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has apparently sold over 15 million units of its popular MI-2 smartphone. Although the handset is available for purchase in multiple markets, the device sold predominantly in China and its neighboring regions. Part of the reason for the handset’s massive success is its ultra-low price tag.

Moto G

According to Motorola’s Rick Osterloh, the Moto G is the company’s highest selling smartphone till date. The handset costs $179.99 and $199.99 for the 8 and 16GB variants, which has been very crucial in its success. The smartphone was launched on a global scale a few months ago with prime focus on developing regions of Asia, Europe and other continents.

Over the past couple days, you may have read reports that suggest the Samsung Galaxy Gear is a flop because it has only sold 50,000 units. But in actual fact, it’s the complete opposite. In just two months, it has become the world’s most popular smartwatch with 800,000 sales worldwide.
