Recent rumors promised a second-generation G Flex unveiling at CES 2015 this week, and LG did not disappoint.

At a press event in Las Vegas this morning, the South Korean company confirmed the G Flex 2, which is lot like last year’s flagship G3, but with slightly better specifications and, of course, that trademark G Flex curve.

With HTC’s One M9 unveiling expected to happen at CES, it’s no surprise we’re already seeing some leaks; after all, HTC isn’t exactly the best at keeping its upcoming products a secret. According to one reliable source, the handset is going to impress with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 810 processor, a much-improved rear-facing camera, and the new Sense 7 user interface.

One of the best things about the original OnePlus One is that its excellent design managed to pack a 5.5-inch display into a device that is more compact that some 5-inch smartphones, but the upcoming One Mini may not be quite as sleek. These purported images of the new device give us what could be our first glimpse at its 5-inch display and massive bezels.

OnePlus has had incredible success with its first attempt at the smartphone, with the One still seeing exceptional demand six months after making its original sales debut. Now the Chinese company is hoping to build upon that with an even more impressive OnePlus Two, which is expected to deliver a sharper display, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon processor, and an even better rear-facing camera.

HTC’s One handsets have been some of the best Android-powered smartphones we’ve seen in recent years, but they certainly haven’t been without their flaws. The Taiwanese company is looking to address many of those with next year’s One M9, which will be better than its predecessors in almost every way, sources claim.
