I have some good news for Galaxy S III owners. Samsung has started pushing out Jelly Bean ahead of schedule. The first batch of updates has already begun over in Poland and is expected to hit other markets soon. With Android 4.1, the Samsung Galaxy III will not only be up-to-date, but will enjoy all the killer benefits and features such as Google Now and Project Butter.

Boy have we got a contest for you. Ever hear of Pandora Internet Radio? Of course you have. It’s the music streaming service that allows you to create personal radio stations filled with the music you love. Ever hear of Pandora One? It’s the premium version of Pandora that gives you extra features such as no ads, higher quality audio, custom skins and more! What if I told you we were giving away a free subscription to Pandora One — for the rest of your life!? Not a bad deal huh?

Our beloved Google Play has joined the Twittersphere and they’re ready to tweet all the great promotions, content and updates they can fit into 140 characters. Their first tweet was the customary “Hello world” you see above but we’re assuming they will be extending all their usual news from Google+/newsletters over to Twitter soon.

It looks like our friends to the north will now have the ability to pick up the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 at any participating retailer. Samsung launched their larger Note model here in the U.S. last month and despite its tremendous productivity potential, it’s been met with mixed reviews. It carries numerous software bells and whistles, specifically to cater to the S Pen, but some of the hardware isn’t what you’d expect from a $500 device.

Check any of the recent iPhone 5 vs Android comparison charts and you’re sure to find the HTC One X listed alongside the best of them. It’s a solid device which would have experienced better sales if it hadn’t been for the Samsung Galaxy S III. It didn’t take long for AT&T to drop the price to an attractive $99, unfortunately the mobile tech world moves at lightspeed, leaving the HTC One X in the dust.
