At this point we already know that Android Wear watches will run regular Android apps with a bit of simple side-loading — and we’ve already seen devices like the Samsung Gear Live running Game Boy emulators, games like Minecraft, and even Windows 95. If your Minecraft addiction is so bad you need to play it on as many devices as possible, you’ll be pleased to hear it runs just fine on Android Wear. The 30-second video below shows the popular building game running smoothly on a Samsung Gear Live, with only its tiny display standing in the way of an enjoyable experience.

If you haven’t already paid to upgrade to TuneIn Radio Pro, then chances are you won’t be doing so anytime soon. The popular internet radio app just got a massive price increase from $3.99 to $9.99 for no apparent reason, making its free, ad-supported counterpart look like an even more attractive option.

Amazon has released its first commercial for the Fire Phone, and it’s focused on the free 12-month Prime subscription that comes bundled with it. There’s also a brief mention of some of the apps that will be available for the device at launch, including Skype, Twitter, and Minecraft.

Mojang has rolled out its “biggest update ever” for Minecraft: Pocket Edition, adding unlimited worlds, tons of new content, and a multitude of tweaks, fixes, and improvements. Players will be able to enjoy a plethora of new blocks, mobs, blomes — and a new AI that brings spiders, leaf rendering, drip particles, and an “immersive mode.”
