HTC One Mini ATT FCC

There has been a lot of supposition indicating that the HTC One Mini is on its way to AT&T, and now we have received solid evidence suggesting that the device could be available to purchase from the Telecommunications giant in the not to distant future.

Sony’s “Honami” handset has appeared in an FCC filing which was submitted by the company on July 23. The document also includes a confidentiality request valid until September 30, 2013.

EE-4G-iPhone

EE has today announced that its super speedy 4G network has reached ten new towns across the United Kingdom. The move comes just as the carrier, which is the first and only one to offer 4G in the U.K., prepares to celebrate 700,000 4G subscribers.

Flip phones like the incredibly successful Motorola RAZR were once some of the hottest handsets you could own, but that all changed when the iPhone kicked off the touchscreen smartphone craze back into 2007. A new report claims Samsung is looking to combine the two for an Android-powered flip phone called the Galaxy Folder.

AT&T-sign

AT&T has announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the U.S. regional carrier, Leap Wireless, for $15 per share; acquiring all of the carrier’s assets, shareholders and customers. Leap operates as a consumer-orientated carrier which goes by the name of Cricket Wireless, it has both a CDMA and LTE network with coverage in 35 states along with 5-million subscribers, so it is the perfect expansion platform for AT&T’s “nationwide takeover.”
