The Sony Xperia Z1S, which was announced just last week at CES in Las Vegas, is now available on T-Mobile in the United States. Customers will pay either $528 for the device up-front, or 24 monthly payments of $22.

Earlier today, T-Mobile announced that it’s in the throes of expanding its LTE connectivity service to include a further 14 new markets. The announcement was made in a single press release on the carrier’s website and the operator didn’t hesitate to take the opportunity to mention that its service now provides “super fast” data speeds to over 200 million people in the United States.

Who remembers HTC’s Droid Incredible 4G LTE? Well, Verizon finally has. The operator has at last posted the official update documents for its first major maintenance upgrade in just under two years. The paperwork reveals that update version 2.19.605.2710RD is scheduled to bring some new applications, as well as a truckload of stability improvements, security patches, bug fixes and speed optimizations.

Not for the first this month, AT&T has announced in a series of press releases on its official website that it’s in the process of switching on its super-fast 4G LTE network, and this time its in additional twelve markets spread across the U.S. This announcement bumps the operators total LTE market count up to a mind-blowing 488 locations, which makes it the largest 4G-enabled carrier located in the United States.

The demand for 4G LTE connectivity has never been greater; consequently operators are pulling out all the stops to try to fulfil the high demand and Sprint is no exception. In an effort to keep up with its competitors, the popular operator announced this morning that it has launched its high-speed 4G LTE data in an additional 70 locations across the United States, bumping its networks total number of nationwide markets up to 300.
