If you’re the proud owner of a WiFi Motorola XOOM, your loyalty is about to pay off. Unlike the Verizon Galaxy Nexus, you’re XOOM is about to get Jelly Bean, as a significant amount of users are starting to see the update. The update will bring your early settler to Android 4.1.1 and bring all the buttery smoothness with it.

Up next in Google’s series of ‘Get to known your Nexus 7’ (that’s what I’m calling it) videos is Google Play. As I’ve said before, these are introductory videos, but great for someone who is just becoming familiar with Android and the Nexus 7.

The wait is over! Google’s $19.99 Nexus 7 case is now “In Stock” over at the Play Store and should ship out in 3-5 business days. It doesn’t offer much to the imagination, but it’s official, it’s a case, and it’s affordable. It’s currently only available in Dark Grey and features a soft, lightweight, matte-finish with open access to all ports.

When the international Samsung Galaxy S III received an update that removed the universal search feature, everyone assumed it was done as a precautionary measure resulting from the ongoing legal battles here in the US. Turns out is was “inadvertently” removed and Samsung has promised to bring it back in a few days with an update.

Well, what can I say? I was in complete shock to find out the first batch of Nexus Q devices sold out in less than 24 hours. Granted I have no idea just how many Qs Google had in stock, I’m still in disbelief. I thought for sure the price tag would deter the majority of consumers, yet here we are, looking at a backordered product that won’t start shipping for another 2-3 weeks.
