The wait is over! Google’s $19.99 Nexus 7 case is now “In Stock” over at the Play Store and should ship out in 3-5 business days. It doesn’t offer much to the imagination, but it’s official, it’s a case, and it’s affordable. It’s currently only available in Dark Grey and features a soft, lightweight, matte-finish with open access to all ports.

Personally, I’m thinking of springing for the DODOcase HARDcover, but I’m still weighing my options. The $19.99 one from Google is quite tempting and I do need to protect this thing ASAP (been holding it like a baby).
