Amazon-box

Amazon has topped a poll for the best reputation among 14,000 U.S. consumers, narrowly beating Apple who was last year’s number one. The retail giant achieved an 82.62% positive reputation, according to research firm Harris Interactive, while Apple achieved 82.54%. Google nabbed fourth place with a vote of 81.32%.

As expected, Google has begun rolling out its Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update to a number of Nexus devices, including the GSM Galaxy Nexus, the Nexus 7, and the Nexus 10. The software comes with the “JDQ39” build number, and it delivers fixes for a number of key issues — most notably a Bluetooth streaming bug.

Hey, remember that Google Now thing that we mentioned earlier this morning? Well, it turns out that there’s gonna be a widget, too, as revealed in the support documentation for the new Nexus 4 and 10, as well as the Galaxy Nexus, Samsung’s entry in the series.

How happy are you with your smartphone? According to a survey of 92,825 smartphone user in the United States, the Motorola Atrix HD delivers the most satisfaction with an impressive 8.57 out of ten. Another Motorola device, the Droid RAZR M, is ranked second with 8.5 out of ten, while the iPhone 5 is ranked fifth with just 8.23 out of ten.

Google-Now

Google aired a new commercial during the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, which showcases Google Now on the LG Nexus 4. The feature is used for a number of different things throughout the one-minute clip, such as checking the weather, finding train times, finding restaurants, and translating text.
