Late yesterday afternoon, Motorola updated its official Assist app on Google’s Play Store, which is sadly currently only available to download on the following smartphones: the Moto X, the Droid Ultra, the Droid Mini and the Droid Maxx. The Motorola Assist app brings users exclusive added functionality that they would not usually receive as standard on their Android-powered handsets, and now, thanks to this update, users will be able to have multiple calendars monitored throughout their day-to-day life.

Gear Fit

Samsung has seemingly confirmed the pricing of the Gear 2 and the Gear Fit smartwatches in Taiwan, much to the joy of local customers. And evidently, the Korean manufacturer has learnt from its past mistakes and is going with a slightly cheaper price tag.

HTC-One-black

Sprint is currently pushing out a relatively minor over-the-air stability update to all its carrier-branded HTC One smartphones currently located in the United States. Sadly, this upgrade doesn’t bring much in terms of added functionality, but it does include a handful of ‘system stability improvements,’ all aimed at making a user’s experience better when using the handset.

FunBox

ZTE9, which is a partnership between Chinese manufacturer ZTE and The9, has just announced the FunBox home entertainment device. While it’s being marketed as a gaming console, it can also double as a very capable entertainment hub.

Google Keyboard Header

Google, today, rolled out an update for Google Keyboard that bumps the version number to 3.0.1 from 2.0. The update brings a major feature, which has  long been available in other rival keyboards, the ability to import words from other services to offer personalised suggestions.
