Spotify is in the midst of rolling out its much-anticipated darker theme update for Android three weeks after it made its debut on iOS. In terms of added functionality, this hefty upgrade brings a completely redesigned user interface, together with refreshed typography and rounded iconography. According to Spotify, “Playing your favorite music has never looked so good.”

Late last year, Sony started selling its first Google Play edition device — the Sony Z Ultra on the U.S Play Store. The device was similar to the regular Xperia Z Ultra that was sold by Sony in rest of the world, except for the fact that it ran bone stock Android.

Sony does not sell most of its devices in the United States so the Google Play edition Z Ultra is a great way of getting your hands on one of Sony’s flagship devices from last year. Today, Sony is making this deal even more tempting by giving the device a substantial price cut of $200.

Just a month after the HTC One (M8) went on sale in the United States on all the major carriers, HTC and Sprint have teamed up to release a Harman Kardon edition One (M8).

This special-edition One is similar to the regular M8, except that it comes with a unique black anodized aluminum finish with champagne highlights and uses two special technologies from Harman Kardon to deliver better audio quality.

Meet Samsung’s latest ‘Camera-Specialized Smartphone’.

Over the course of the past few weeks, we’ve seen an awful lot of speculation and leaked images of the Galaxy K Zoom, but this afternoon Samsung put paid to that by finally unveiling the handset. It’s clear that the device is a successor to the South Korean company’s first camera/smartphone hybrid, the S4 Zoom, which launched in the summer of 2013, but sadly as you can see from the render above, it doesn’t look any prettier at all.
