Sony has teamed up with Verizon to launch a slightly customized version of the flagship Xperia Z3 smartphone. It’s called the Xperia Z3v, and aside from the Verizon logos emblazoned on its back and front, it’s essentially the same device that Sony announced at IFA 2014 in Berlin back in September.

Google Now, by far the best digital assistant on mobile, looks set to get much more colorful with Android L. A screenshot revealing its Material Design makeover was today inadvertently posted on Twitter by a Google employee. It was quickly deleted soon after, but not before the Internet had claimed it.

A Motorola Droid Turbo user manual has given away many of the handset’s specifications ahead of its official unveiling this fall. In addition to an “ultra high definition display,” the document promises a super speedy processor, high-end graphics, and a new rapid charging feature.
