Canadian carrier Bell will begin rolling out its Android 4.3 Jelly Bean updates for the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S4 mini starting tomorrow, November 23, according to a leaked internal document. The update will bring the usual TouchWiz improvements, KNOX security features, and Galaxy Gear support.

Verizon has already released it and AT&T has begun testing it, and now T-Mobile is making the Android 4.4 KitKat update available to its own Moto X customers — once again beating the Google Play Edition Galaxy S4 and HTC One to the update.

The update is rolling out over-the-air and it weighs in at just under 317MB.

MetroPCS has broadened its horizons for the second time this year by expanding its LTE connectivity service to 15 new markets. The announcement was made in a single press release on the carrier’s website yesterday. The newly announced locations mean that the operator now provides 4G coverage in 45 markets across the United States.

The Google Play Store has gotten a nice new update this week that makes it easier for tablet owners to find apps and games that are properly optimized for their device. A new “designed for tablets” section is now displayed by default when browsing the store, while apps that aren’t optimized for larger displays carry a “designed for phones” label.

Samsung’s largest Android-powered smartphone, the mammoth 6.3-inch Galaxy Mega, has been available in both Europe and Asia for the past couple of months now, and recently launched in the U.S. on AT&T. And just yesterday, MetroPCS officially announced that it will also start selling the Mega 6.3, starting next Monday, November 25.
