Google devices are always in the rumors, regardless of what time of the year it is. Similarly, the Google smartwatch has been rumored for quite a while now, but very little is known about it. A new rumor however claims that this wearable could be made by LG. It has been rumored that the company is working on its own smartwatch soon, so maybe that will be used as a reference design for Google’s version, much like the Nexus smartphones usually are.

Tegra K1 Benchmarks

The Tegra K1 mobile SoC was shown off at the CES 2014 event by NVIDIA, calling it one of the most advanced mobile chipsets. This has now made its way to AnTuTu for some benchmarking action, which reveals stellar performance.

Samsung Glass Patent

Samsung has been known to be working on a Google Glass competitor of its own in its research labs. And a new patent filing might have inadvertently given away some of the details of this new device known as “Samsung Glass”. The patent images also reveal that the manufacturer is working on a feature which involves augmented reality, allowing users to see a physical keyboard almost anywhere, including their palm.

Pebble-Simplicity-face

Following its launch on the Play Store last month, Pebble is now pushing out its third major update for the beta version of its Pebble 2.0 application for Android. The upgrade doesn’t bring anything new in terms of functionality, but, thankfully, it does bring fixes for nearly all of the ‘most annoying bugs’ and only leaves one known issue unaddressed.

Oppo Find 7

With just fourteen days left to go until its official announcement, Oppo continues to tease us with what’s rumored to be the company’s next high-end Android-powered smartphone, the Find 7. Earlier today, the OEM posted an image of a space-centric eclipse on its Weibo account with two variants of the device embedded in the picture, together with the text; ‘Two Displays – 1. 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD), 2. 2560 x 1440 pixels (QHD).
