Microsoft today confirmed that it will not be making any more smartphones that run Android, despite recently announcing the Nokia X2 and fresh speculation surrounding an Android-powered Lumia. Future Nokia X handsets will run the software giant’s own Windows Phone operating system instead.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 4 will feature an ultraviolet sensor that will help users stay safe in the sun, a new report claims. The device will supposedly provide users with a UV rating when pointed at the sun — then recommend how they can protect themselves from harmful rays.

The official Android L keyboard, which was released and then pulled from Google Play earlier this month, is now back. In an effort to avoid another run in with Google, however, the developer behind the release has chosen to make it available through the Amazon Appstore this time instead.
