Samsung has released a new app that promises to bring back absent Quick Settings toggles on the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge. The release comes just days after users found that some toggles were mysteriously disappearing and not coming back.

QuickPanel Restore, which is available to download now from the Galaxy Apps store, promises to restore missing toggles that have disappeared from Quick Settings — and prevent them from vanishing again. It is, of course, free to download, and weighs in at just 59KB.

Installing the app is not enough to restore missing toggles, however; you’ll also need to open up the app and hit the “Restore” button. A small toast notification will then confirm the process has been completed, and you’ll be prompted to uninstall the app now that it’s finished with.

It’s unclear what caused the Quick Settings toggles to disappear on some devices; users just noticed that some were missing, and there was nothing they could do to restore them. A reboot did not fix the issue, so the only option was to completely restore the device.

Thankfully, that’s no longer the case.
