Motorola today unveiled its new Moto X Style, which will be available in the U.S. this September. The device packs a 5.7-inch Quad HD display and a 21-megapixel camera, and it will be priced at just $399 off-contract.

That’s $200 cheaper than the Galaxy S6, and $250 cheaper than the iPhone 6. Yet the Moto X Style has the design and specifications to give those rivals — and any others — a good run for their money.

Motorola is incredibly proud of the Style’s new camera, which DxOMark rates as one of the top three smartphone cameras you can get — ahead of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. It’s combined with a 1.8GHz Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, up to 64GB of internal storage, and a microSD card slot.

Style also boasts the world’s fastest fast-charging technology, and Google’s latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop software. Like its predecessors, the device is completely customizable through Moto Maker, with plastic, wood, and leather backs to choose from.

Moto X Style will be available as a “Pure Edition” device, which will come unlocked and off-contract, and will be compatible with all U.S. carriers. Motorola today confirmed the handset would be priced at $399 — just $10 more expensive than a 64GB OnePlus 2.
