At last, the Samsung Galaxy S III and all of its locked bootloader glory, has hit Verizon shelves. Like most other U.S. carriers, the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III will come in a 16 or 32GB, Pebble Blue or Marble White version, and cost $199.99 or $249.99, respectively. For better or worse, Verizon’s new Share Everything plans are now here. If you sign up for Verizon and wish to have multiple devices on one account, you’ll have to choose from the new Share Everything plans. Current customers do not have to worry about this unless they either want to, or decide to upgrade to a new device at a subsidized cost.

You knew this was coming. As soon as Jelly Bean was announced, hackers got started. It took less than 24 hours for developers B16, jdkoreclipse and Team Liquid to have a working build for all models of the Galaxy Nexus. This is the preview build from I/O so it may have some kinks but so far feedback has been positive. If you’ve got the beans and can’t wait until mid-July for the official build and rollout, continue past the break.

DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX owners rejoice, Ice Cream Sandwich is on its way. Starting today, Verizon will be pushing out software upgrade 6.16.211.XT912.Verizon.en.US. Not only will this bring all you RAZR users up to date with Ice Cream Sandwich, but it will also make the DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX the first 4G LTE smartphones on the Verizon Wireless network to be Global Ready.

We’ve yet to get our hands on a Galaxy S III review unit (coming soon, I hope) but the least we could do is give you a an idea of what to expect from Samsung’s next big thing. Since the Galaxy S III is launching on almost every carrier under the sun, we’ll focus on a few of the major players and how well the GS3 appears to perform.
