HTC president Jason Mackenzie has said that the company is working hard to provide the flagship HTC One and the Droid DNA with an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update by the end of September in the United States and Canada.

It appears the update is already ready for the public, but the Taiwanese company is awaiting certification before it starts rolling it out.

The app will allow the famous to better interact with fans in the hope that more will be encouraged to use the social network for sharing. It’s currently in testing with a small group of famous people, according to sources familiar with the project.
