T-Mobile is preparing to make it super simple for you to do that by pre-installing an unlocking app on your device that will remove its shackles as soon as it is eligible.
T-Mobile has today announced that it’s teamed up with Samsung to exclusively launch a brand new, mid-range smartphone that won’t break the bank. The Galaxy Avant can be yours for $0 up front, followed by $9 per month for the next 24 months, or for $216 outright on a prepaid plan with no strings attached.
Six months after it was initially announced, Sony has finally released the Xperia Z1 Compact in the United States. The handset will not be available via any carrier but instead users will directly have to shell out $550 to buy it unlocked from Sony’s own US web store.
