Galaxy-S4-Sprint-Spark

Sprint has announced that it plans to launch a new Samsung Galaxy S4 variant that features support for its Spark LTE network. Spark promises faster speeds and better reliability over traditional LTE networks, and it’s already supported by Samsung’s Galaxy S4 mini and Galaxy Mega 6.3.

Sprint has started pushing out a minor OTA update to all its carrier-branded HTC One devices registered in the U.S. This upgrade doesn’t bring any major software developments, but it does bring some much-needed stability improvements, including a fix for the issue that repeatedly occurred informing users that “no SIM card” was inserted.

Sprint has rolled out a new “MK2” software update for the Samsung Galaxy S4 that resolves issues affecting sleep mode. The update should improve battery life on the device, which has been a problem for many users since they updated to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean a few weeks ago.

LG unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the LG G2, back in August, 2013, and in September the handset went on sale in a variety of retail stores across the United States with an upfront price of $99.99 on all 2-year contracts.
