A mere ten days before the scheduled patent infringement trial between Samsung and Apple, US District Judge Lucky Koh rejected two more proposals from Samsung, maker of Android enabled smartphones. Judge Koh entered a supplemental claim construction order in which two disputed terms are now defined. Samsung has once again sent the blogosphere into a frenzy by sending members of the media a save-the-date for August 15, and promising to unveil the next Galaxy device. The Galaxy Note has risen above ridicule to become a top selling Samsung device that will soon have T-Mobile customers clamoring for a stylus.

At this point in the game, an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S III is as sweet as it gets.
