Samsung has officially started rolling out the much-anticipated Android 4.4.2 update to all its Galaxy S4 and S4 LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) variants currently located in Korea. In addition to the hefty bump up from Jelly Bean to KitKat, however, this particular upgrade brings a newer version of the TouchWiz user interface, as well as a multitude of bug fixes, speed optimizations and stability improvements.

Word on the street has it that, LG is gearing up to launch its next flagship smartphone, dubbed the ‘LG G3’, on Saturday, May 17, 2014, in Times Square, New York, and is expected to be going on sale in Europe, Asia and North America shortly after its official unveiling.

Google has taken to its official Twitter account to announced that its second-generation wireless charger for the Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 (2013) is now available from the Play Store in Australia, India, Japan and Korea.

Earlier today, Samsung officially announced a revamped version of its ultra-rugged, waterproof smartphone, the “Galaxy S4 Active, which was released back in June, 2013. This new variant has some pretty noticeable differences from the original. For starters, the name has been changed to the “Galaxy S4 Active LTE-A” as it now boasts LTE-Advanced data speeds of up to 150Mbps.

Samsung has today announced its much-anticipated Galaxy Round, its first smartphone with a curved OLED display. The handset is almost identical to the recently-released Galaxy Note 3 in every way, which means it has a 5.7-inch 1080p display, a 2.3GHz quad-core processor, and 3GB of RAM. The difference is it’s slightly curved.
