LG has today announced that its new G Pad 8.3 tablet is now on sale in the U.S., priced at $349.99. The device looks a little like a large LG G2, and it features an 8.3-inch 1920×1200 display with 273 pixels-per-inch, a quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, 16GB of internal storage, and a 5-megapixel camera.

While the Galaxy Note 3’s massive display may not be for you, you may wish to run some of the handset’s built-in apps on your smaller Galaxy S4. Fortunately, there are developers out there who are hard at work porting them over, and you can download and install a number of them now.

S4-Android-4.3-SM-EDIT

A second Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505) has leaked. Unlike the first one, which surfaced earlier this month, this is not an early test version, but rather “one of the final builds.” The update is expected to get its official release in 1-2 weeks, but you can download and install it early if you know how.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini hasn’t quite made its way to the United States yet, but it looks like we won’t be waiting too much longer. The device has leaked en route to AT&T and Sprint in black mist, white frost, and pink.

You may already be aware that the Samsung Galaxy Gear is powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, but what you may not know is that it is actually capable of running regular Android apps — not just those specifically built for Galaxy Gear. It can even run Android launchers like Nova — as you can see in the picture above.
