In an effort to keep up with its competitors, Sprint Corporation has announced that it has launched its high-speed 4G LTE data in an additional 45 locations across the U.S., bumping its networks total number of nationwide markets up to 230.
AT&T has expanded its popular 4G LTE service to yet another market within the U.S. The announcement was made in a single press release on the carriers website, and reveals that the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, is the latest location to receive access to the service.
AT&T has once again broadened its horizons by upgrading and expanding its LTE connectivity services to an additional 28 locations across the U.S. The announcement was made in a sequential series of press releases on the carrier’s website. The newly announced locations mean that the operator now provides 4G coverage to over 240 million people in 437 sites, which, according to AT&T, puts it “ahead of schedule.”
EE, U.K.’s current largest 4G network, has once again expanded its rapidly-growing LTE service to cover another 12 towns across the United Kingdom. This expansion brings the total number of markets up to 117, and EE claims its 4G service now covers more than 60% of the U.K’s population.
