ZTE Grand S II

The beauty of Android is that manufacturers can innovate in terms of hardware with complete liberty. We’ve seen this happening with camera sensors, processors and even RAM modules of late. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was the first to push the envelope with 3GB of RAM and now we’re hearing that Chinese manufacturer ZTE could take it even further with 4GB of RAM for its upcoming smartphone.

HTC may have just announced a stunning new flagship in the One M8, but the Taiwanese company actually vowed to place a greater focus on more affordable midrange offerings for 2014.

We’ve already seen two of those in the Desire 610 and the Desire 816, which were announced at MWC — and now a third, the Desire 616, has popped up in China ahead of its official unveiling.

Nubia X6

ZTE has just announced the Nubia X6 smartphone following much speculation and rumors. The smartphone is a monster in terms of hardware as it packs a 6.44 inch 1080p display as well as a 2.3 GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 chipset to ensure that no task is too overwhelming.

The ZTE Grand S II has just been spotted in an AnTuTu benchmark listing and has surprisingly outperformed the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The smartphone is set for an official launch on April 1, so this is just the marketing boost the company could ask for at this moment.

Nubia X6

Chinese manufacturer ZTE has yet again teased the arrival of the upcoming Nubia X6 smartphone. But this time, the Chinese manufacturer talks about some of the important features of the handset. According to these teasers posted by the company, the Nubia X6 will feature an OIS camera, a pair of speakers with Dolby certification and a quick charging battery, although the specifics weren’t mentioned.
