It’s Magic 8-Ball time here, as analysts continue to round-out 2013 by making predictions about what we can expect over the next year.

This time it’s analyst Canalys, which is forecasting that tablets will out-ship almost all other PC form factors combined in 2014 — representing around 50 percent of the total client PC market.

Nexus-5-camera

Google has confirmed that its latest Android camera API contains support for RAW images and burst mode, and that these features will be available to third-party developers in the future.

The company has also acknowledged the complaints about Nexus 5 camera performance, and it promises improvements are coming soon.

With every new Android version comes a bunch of new bugs. Android 4.4 KitKat is no different with its own share of bugs. One very irritating bug in KitKat that some users have been facing is the Share menu not working properly.

Facebook-4-Android

Facebook is hard at work on delivering a much-needed redesign to its Android app, and we have an early glimpse at what the new design will look like thanks to these leaked screenshots. It’s much “flatter” and cleaner than the existing design — a lot like the new Facebook Messenger app — and it makes the app look much more likes its counterparts for iOS and Windows Phone.
