Following Sprint’s recent rollout of Android 4.3 for its carrier-branded version of the HTC One, HTC has officially tweeted from its U.S. account, notifying One owners on other U.S. carriers that they shouldn’t have too much longer to wait until they receive this much-anticipated software update.

Samsung’s chief product officer for the mobile division of Samsung Electronics, Kevin Packingham, has left the company after being a key player in the introduction of several of the past Samsung Galaxy devices.

Packingham’s reasons for leaving the company aren’t clear at this time, as the New York Times reports that Samsung and Packingham have declined to provide details about the departure. However, a Samsung spokeswoman did offer the following statement regarding the departure:

Google has just launched its Google Play gift cards in Canada, as it continues to expand its worldwide availability. Canada will have gift cards in $15, $25 and $50 (CAD) denominations with the Play Store account limit remaining at $2000.
