OnePlus has today confirmed that all three of the smartphones in its lineup are getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrades.

The bad news is that you’ll have to wait until the first quarter of 2016 to get them for the OnePlus One and the OnePlus 2, and there’s no release schedule at all for OnePlus X yet.

HTC’s unreleased One X9 handset has been leaked by Chinese regulator TENAA ahead of its official unveiling. Images confirm the handset’s front-facing speakers, signalling the return of BoomSound — as well as what appears to be a microSD card slot.

Motorola’s latest Moto X Pure Edition will get Android 6.0 Marshmallow “in the next few weeks,” senior director David Schuster has confirmed. The update will bring a whole host of new features and improvements, including Doze, new apps permissions, Google Now on Tap, and more.
