ASUS has announced that the much-anticipated Android 4.4.2 KitKat over-the-air update is currently in preparation for all ASUS PadFone 2, ASUS PadFone Infinity, ASUS PadFone A80 and PadFone Infinity variants located in Asia, Europe and North America. In addition, the Taiwanese company also reported that due to popular demand, the latest version of its ‘Zen’ user interface will also be bundled into the upgrade.

Motorola is the process of pushing out a major over-the-air (OTA) stability update to all its unlocked Moto G variants currently located in the U.S and the U.K. This upgrade transports bug fixes for a bunch of irritating problems which Moto G users have reported to the Google-owned company via Facebook and Twitter.

Google is currently rolling out a relatively major update for its Android Google+ app. It’s pretty clear to see in the changelog below, that all the major changes bundled into this upgrade are aimed at improving a user’s photo-browsing experience, however, as you’d expect, the update also brings several bug fixes, speed optimizations and stability improvements.

Galaxy-S4-KitKat

AT&T posted the update documents for a rather pleasing upcoming upgrade for Samsung’s former flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4, on its official website last night. The paperwork reveals that the update, build number KOTH49H, will start rolling out later today and is scheduled to bring the latest build of KitKat, in addition to compatibility for the Galaxy Gear 1 and 2.

Motorola took to Twitter earlier today to plant an upcoming successor to its incredibly popular ultra-customizable flagship smartphone of 2013, the Moto X, in our minds. According to the Google-owned company, the handset will officially be unveiled during a press conference in the ‘late summer’ and is likely to go on sale in the U.S. shortly after its unveiling.
