The new HTC One (M8) caused quite a storm when it officially launched last month with what appears to be an awfully large amount of ‘free space’ below the screen. Many people suggested that this space was left clear and embossed with an HTC logo, so that the multinational corporation could promote its company in a bolder manner.

Samsung unveiled the latest model of its flagship tablet, the Galaxy Note 10.1, back in September, 2013, and a month later the device was available to purchase in the U.S. from several retailers for a rather hefty $549.99. However, if you haven’t had the opportunity or the wherewithal to pick one up before now, it may interest you to know that Best Buy is currently offering the device with a whopping $50 discount.

Sprint is currently in the process of pushing out the much-anticipated Android 4.4.2 KitKat over-the-air update to all its carrier-branded LG G2 flagship smartphones located in the United States. In addition to the latest build of the open-source operating system, this upgrade also improves battery efficiency, enhances the Knock On feature and, finally, increases the processing speed by a whopping 17%.

Google officially updated its Play Store support page yesterday to notify consumers that it’s now launched its Play Store gift cards in Mexico. HTC-One-M8-Dot-View

HTC announced its latest flagship smartphone, the One (M8) in the United States last Tuesday, March 25, and went on sale at several major operators soon after the official press conference. Although the manufacturer showed off a bunch of new accessories including the new Dot View case during the press-only event, customers were disappointed when they headed down to their local electronics store, only to find that they had not yet been released.

Fortunately, HTC has today announced that the Dot View case for the One (M8) is now available to purchase from both its online store and from several independent retailers spread across the United States. The case is currently on sale for $49.99 which seems a little steep and is only available in the Warm Black colorway for now, so if you’re hoping to get your hands on one of the 5 other colors, you’ll have to wait a little while longer.
