Retailers have been offering some great prices on the LG G Watch for weeks, but its price tag on Google Play has remained the same since the device made its debut back in June. Now Google has finally brought its price down to $99 for Black Friday, and to make the deal even sweeter, all Android Wear watches come with $50 Play Store credit.

The G Watch was priced at $229 in the U.S., so this discount saves you an incredible $130. It also makes the G Watch cheaper on Google Play than through any other retailer for the first time. If you’re looking for cheap entry to the Android Wear ecosystem, this could be the discount you’ve been waiting for.

The G Watch isn’t the best Android Wear watch you can buy, and it’s not the prettiest, either — but it is a great device, and its internal specfications are almost identical to those of the Moto 360, the Samsung Gear Live, and LG’s new G Watch R. The only thing it’s really missing is a heart-rate monitor.

If you’re buying a G Watch in the U.K., you’ll now pay just £79 through the Play Store, saving you £80.

In addition to the discount, Google is offering a $50 in Google Play credit to anyone who purchases an Android Wear device from the Play Store today.
