Google Fit, a new app that helps users stay fit by encouraging them to reaching their fitness goals and tracking their progress, is now available to download from Google Play. It’s completely and compatible with all Android devices, and it will even work alongside your Android Wear watch as well.

Fit is Google’s answer to Apple’s Health app. It’s a repository for all of your health and fitness data, and it provides a comprehensive view of your progress each and every day. Users can track all the walking, running, and cycling they do — as well as stats like weight and heart rate.

Fit connects to third-party fitness trackers like the Fitbit, in addition to all Android Wear devices, and pulls in all the information you record. It also lets you set goals for things like workout duration or steps, then helps you reach them by providing performance-based recommendations.

Fit is compatible with any device running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and above, and it’ll come pre-installed with Android 5.0 Lollipop. In the meantime, you can download it now from Google Play by following the link below.
