If you’re planning to pick up a new smartphone from AT&T this weekend, you now have the latest offerings from HTC, Samsung, and Motorola to choose from. The carrier today added the One mini, the Galaxy Mega 6.3, and the Moto X to its lineup — all of which are now available online and in store.

The HTC One mini, as its name suggests, is the smaller, cheaper version of the HTC One. It boasts a lot of the same features — including an UltraPixel camera, BoomSound speakers, Beats Audio, and HTC’s latest Sense 5 user interface. But it has a smaller 4.3-inch, a slower 1.4GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, and 16GB of internal storage.

The One mini is priced at $99.99 when you take out a new two-year contract.

Galaxy Mega 6.3

The Galaxy Mega 6.3 is Samsung’s largest smartphone to date. It looks a lot like the flagship Galaxy S4, but it’s significantly bigger with a 6.3-inch 720p SuperClear LCD display. Under the hood, the Galaxy Mega features a dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera.

The Galaxy Mega is priced at $149.99 with a new two-year contract.

Moto X

MotoX

The Moto X is likely to be the most popular of the three handsets added to AT&T’s lineup today, but it’s also the most expensive at $199.99. It offers the best specifications, though, including a 4.7-inch 720p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, Adreno 320 graphics, and 2GB of RAM.

The Moto X is also completely customizable, of course, but remember that you can only order customizations using the Moto Maker online. That’s not yet live yet, so your only options at the moment are the black and white models.
