Google Voice Gets Updated, New Features To Go With Its New Icon

The Google Voice app received an update today, giving it a nice new ICS styled UI and icon to match. This update adds a couple features for tablet users such as a Click-to-Call button added to the main UI as well as a couple general features such as:

  • Asynchronous SMS sending (offline queuing) – Note that it still works synchronously for multiple recipients.
  • Official user feedback menu on each screen (previously dogfood menu).

Not much else has changed, but at least Google is practicing what they preach by updating their apps to reflect the overall UI changes brought about in Android 3.0/4.0. To grab the update just hit the Android Market Link below.
