Following this morning’s news that Google and Samsung have postponed the launch of the new Nexus Prime and Android Ice Cream Sandwich next week, Android fans are itching to find out when the announcements will take place. According to The Next Web, it’ll happen later this month.

The new date for the Samsung Unpacked: Google Edition event is reportedly October 27, however, the location has also change: while the initial event was going to take place in San Diego, the rescheduled event will take place in London.

Neither of the two companies have confirmed the new date or the new location yet, however, The Next Web seems to have a solid Although that’s not the news Android fans were hoping for, at least the rescheduled event is only a few weeks away.
