The first South Korean device to enter the lightweight division come in at just 4″, and is called the Pantech Burst. The Burst features:

• A 1.5 GHz dual-core processor
• 16GB of internal storage
• Advanced “Piezo Motor” haptic feedback
• A 5-megapixel rear camera with 1080p HD video capture support
• A 2-megapixel front-facing camera for 720p video calling
• Android 3.2 Honeycomb

Both devices are now available over at AT&T and can be purchased individually or in a special discount package.
