T-Mobile Expands Nexus 4 Availability, Makes Nexus 7 Available Through Google Play

Nexus-4-back

The Google Nexus 7 is now available to purchase with a T-Mobile data plan through Google Play. The device is priced at $299 — the same as AT&T’s HSPA+ model — which makes it just $50 more expensive than the Wi-Fi only model. T-Mobile has also announced that it will be expanding the availability of Google’s hugely popular Nexus 4 handset.

When you get the Nexus 7 on T-Mobile, it comes unlocked with a T-Mobile SIM card. That means you can use the same device with another carrier later on if you choose to.

As for the Nexus 4, T-Mobile has finally decided to expand the availability of Google’s latest smartphone, which has been selling fast since it was first launched in the United States back in November. In the coming weeks, you’ll find the device in all T-Mobile stores across the U.S., and on January 23, it’ll also be available from the carrier’s online store.

T-Mobile is the only carrier in the U.S. that’s currently offering the Nexus 4 on contract, and until this expansion, the device was only available through Google Play.
