I gotta say, the Google Play logo never looked so good. After it was discovered that Google Play gift cards were going to be in Android’s future, the only question to ask was, “when?” Well, it looks like it may be sooner than later thanks to a few pics Android Central was leaked. An anonymous tipster sent in a couple pictures of the soon to be sold $10 and $25 Google Play gift cards.

We still have no idea when or where these cards will end up, but just seeing them in that shiny shrink wrap has me giddy with excitement. The effects these little pieces of plastic (I’m assuming they’re plastic) are going to have on the Android ecosystem are going to be profound — and it’s about time!
