By now you’re probably well aware that the OnePlus 2 is getting its official unveiling today, but you don’t need to wait any longer to see the handset in all its glory. A beta tester in China has published a series of images of the second-generation device that provide us with our best look yet.

We got an early glimpse at the OnePlus 2 last week thanks to Chinese regulators, but these images do a much better job of showcasing its new design, which includes a metal frame and buttons, iPhone-like speaker grilles and mute switch, and a fingerprint scanner.

XDA DevelopersĀ developers member “chinaleakking,” who claims to be testing the OnePlus 2, says the device is thicker than the original model, but the build quality is good. Its rear-facing camera reportedly comes with optical image stabilization, and it’s powered by OnePlus’ own OxygenOS software.

I don’t know about you, but I think the OnePlus 2 is an incredibly good-looking smartphone. It may not be on par with the Galaxy S6 or the iPhone 6, but it definitely looks like a high-end handset, and we have to remember that it’s going to cost less than $400 off-contract.

OnePlus will make the OnePlus 2 official today at 7 p.m. Pacific. You can watch the event in virtual reality or in 360-degree video via the official OnePlusĀ app for Android.
